toko Scholarship fund 2024

to apply:

Toko Kyudojo offers scholarships to offset the cost of attending our programs. The scholarships are available to all practitioners and are based principally on financial need, including consideration of distance traveled.

For the Spring 2024 program, we are offering six scholarships in the amounts of $160 and $250. Scholarships are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We urge interested parties to act quickly. Please let us know which level of support you are requesting, $160.00 or $250.00, by February 25th by emailing programs@tokokyudojo.org. You will be notified by email by February 29th about your scholarship request.

If not receiving a scholarship would preclude you from attending our Spring intensive, please do not register before receiving confirmation from Toko about your scholarship. The Garrison Institute has a $65 cancellation fee.

If you receive a $160 scholarship, Toko’s program fee will be waived, and you will only be required to pay the Garrison facilities fee to register. If you receive a $250 scholarship, Toko’s program fee will be waived, and you will be reimbursed $90 from the Toko Scholarship Fund via PayPal after you register with Garrison.

If you request a scholarship after Feb. 25th, we will consider it (if there are any remaining funds) and let you know within ten days of your request.

Any questions, please contact programs@tokokyudojo.org.
