Arrival: Wed, May 1st (Room assignments available starting at 3 pm)

Departure: Sun, May 5th at 2:30 pm

The program is restricted to those who have completed the First Shot session and require four full days of attendance.

However, a review of the 7 coordinations will be offered to anyone who needs it.


Registration (through April 24th):

Registration is a three-part process.

Registration for this program requires three steps (Registration Form submission + Two separate payments).

You must complete all steps to register for the program. Please follow the instructions outlined below:

Step 1 -> Submit the Registration Form

Make the two payments below:

Step 2 -> Payment part 1: Program Fee: Go to the Toko website’s Donate page, and follow the PayPal options for the $160 program fee.

  • Cancellations before April 24th will be refunded except for a $65 processing fee.

  • There will be no refund for cancellations after April 24th

  • No registration after April 24th

Step 3 -> Payment part 2: Facilities Fee: Click on this link to access the Garrison Institute program registration website.

Follow the instructions to pay the facilities fee and request accommodations as described below. Please also read the Garrison Institute Cancellation Policy page for information regarding cancellations.

You must complete both part 1 and 2 (Toko and GI) to register for the program.

Total Cost:

a. Single room: 4 nights + 3 meals/day $740 facilities fee + $160 program fee = $900.00

b. Double room: 4 nights + 3 meals/day $640 facilities fee + $160 program fee = $800.00

c. Dorm room: 4 nights + meals $580 facilities fee + $160 program fee = $740.00

d. No lodging: 4 days + 3 meals/day $460 facilities fee + $160 program fee = $620.00

Please note the facilities fee is the amount charged by Garrison Institute and is not under our control. The Institute no longer permits partial participation for programs shorter than 7 days. 

Please put your room request in early. Accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of rooms, especially singles, is limited. Please register early to ensure that you get the accommodations that you prefer.
